Sample positioning and scanning stages for WITec microscopes

WITec offers manual, stepper motor-driven and piezo-actuated stages to accommodate a wide variety of samples and applications.

Manual translation stages are available for robust and budget-conscious sample positioning. Motorized translation stages enable software-controlled positioning, mapping and imaging. For investigations with demanding spatial resolution requirements, such as AFM measurements, closed-loop controlled, piezo-driven scanning stages ensure the highest precision.

The stages are available in a selection of travel ranges.
